Fixed Commenting Problem

I discovered today that the comments function on the blog does not work, in any of the settings except one, so I have changed it to that setting and anyone should now be able to post comments. I do moderate comments to keep the forum family friendly. I am not sure how long the problem has existed, but it should be corrected at this time.
